By accessing or using Smart Shop (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding third-party data described below and content you submit), is proprietary and all rights are reserved. No license to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works is granted except as expressly permitted in writing.

Your submissions

You are responsible for what you upload and confirm you have the right to submit it. As explained in the Privacy Policy, receipt data you submit is processed by third-party AI services and pooled into a public price-comparison search. By submitting, you grant us the right to process, store, and publicly display that non-personal receipt data for the operation of the Service.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Extracted prices, product names, store locations, and distances are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on them for purchasing, financial, or other consequential decisions without independent verification.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its data.

Third-party data and attribution

The Service uses and displays data from third parties under their licenses:

• Map and geocoding data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).
• Product data from Open Food Facts, licensed under the ODbL.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
